Welcome to IVF-talk. By using our website and services, you should be aware of our refund policy:

Digital Products & Online Courses
- Refunds are not available after purchase for pre-recorded courses.
- For live courses, a full refund is available up to 24 hours before the course starts, with the customer covering any applicable transfer fees.
- If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for support.
Consultation Services
- Refunds for consultations are available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under special circumstances at our discretion.

- لا يمكن استرداد الأموال بعد إتمام الشراء للدورات المسجلة
- للدورات المباشرة، يمكن استرداد الرسوم كاملاً لغاية قبل ٢٤ ساعة من انطلاقها، مع تحمل المشتري رسوم التحويل ان وجدت.
- في حال واجهت مشكلات تقنية، يرجى التواصل معنا للحصول على الدعم.
خدمات الاستشارة
- يمكن استرداد رسوم الاستشارة في حال الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل.
- المواعيد الفائتة أو الإلغاءات في اللحظة الأخيرة غير قابلة للاسترداد.
الاستثناءات
- قد يتم منح استرداد في ظروف خاصة وفقًا لتقديرنا.
